You accept by giving us your consent the first time you log on.
You can withdraw your consent whenever you want, by going to your preferences and withdrawing the consent. By doing this, all of your personal data will be deleted. Your answers given in surveys and mappings will become anonymous.

How we handle your information

All data is processed according to the current Data Protection Regulation (2016/679).

• All data is processed in an informationally secure and encrypted way in Sweden.
  
• We do not give out information to any other country or any other party or organisation, who has no connection with the service. This is in exception to if we are required to, by law or authority decision, for example in case of a criminal investigation.
  
• The information is stored for as long as you are a user of the service and will be automatically deleted within 12 months after your user or the service has been deregistered. Answers to surveys and mappings become anonymous to keep the statistics.
  

Your rights

You have the right to demand access to, request rectification or erasure of your personal data. To do this,
turn to the person responsible for personal data for the organisation who ordered the service. You also
have the right to lodge a complaint to a supervisory authority.
