A journey that’s all kinds of extra :)

This is what assignments look like in Teamr. When they are lit, you have something to do.

Every four weeks you’ll answer a follow up regarding your agreements. As process leader, it’s important that you follow up and talk to the team about what you’re doing well at and what you can improve on.

The challenges are individual and only one team member can accept one of them. They’re all about doing generous, loving and sometimes naughty things within the team.

Everyone in the team will receive tailor-made tips (and a whole lot of praise) that is all about how you work as a team. Take a minute to reflect on them.

From time to time, you’ll receive a very nice treasure on your journey. They are usually the films you’ve already seen in this introduction.

Every time you open Teamr you’ll see a list on what you can do in the app. You can always find this list in the bottom right corner of the app.

What is the key to moving forward in Teamr? Click on the keyhole to see who needs to do what to bring you to the next level.

The wise Owl is with you on your Teamr journey as a guide, who will both give you advice and show you what the app contains.

At all times you can see how far you’ve come in Teamr. Just click on the map in the bottom left corner.

In the heart of Teamr you can administrate the team, for example adding and removing members.

Your team contract will be continuously filled in as you complete assignments and follow ups. Look at it often and check in with the team on how you’re doing. Change the things that are irrelevant.

Here you’ll fill in and update measurements that you and the team would like to follow.

Here you can add, pause or delete team members.

Here you can change between teams, if you are a part of more than one, and change language.
