Teamr is a game influenced team development – based on research and established models. Each cogwheel is an assignment that you as a team will solve.
I. TAILOR MADE ASSIGNMENTS
You will receive three assignments at a time to solve, individually or as a together, within the team.
If you are to solve them together, you as process leader is responsible for making sure you meet up and agree.
II. AGREE
As a process leader, you’ll get suggestions on how to work with every assignment under the title [For you as process leader].
In the shared assignments, you will lead the team towards agreements on how to make small improvements in your everyday.
III. ENTER RESULTS IN TEAMR
As a process leader you are the “motor” in the journey your team is about to embark on. The key to making your everyday more efficient and smoother is for you to solve assignments together in the Teamr app.
IV. CHECK IN
Everyone in the team will then check in on what you’ve entered and verify that it’s what you agreed on.
Once that’s done on all three assignments, a new level in Teamr will open for you.
V. FOLLOW UP
Four weeks after your first agreement you will answer questions regarding those agreements: Are you really doing as you agreed to do?
You as a process leader will use these follow ups to make sure the improvements you agreed on actually happen.
THE BEST PIECE OF ADVICE: TAKE THE TIME
The first few months you might need to spend half an hour a week to maintain a good tempo.
It will decrease over time, as you’ll then only have one assignment per month.
Set aside half an hour of your meeting time for these questions.
