In all assignments in Teamr, there’s a title called “For you as process leader”.
Here you’ll find tips and advice that help you with both how to think and act regarding this assignment.
THE KEYHOLE
In the gate keeping you from the next level of Teamr, there’s a keyhole. Click on it to see what you, or any other member of the team, need to do in order to move forward. Use it and remind your colleagues.
THE CONTRACT IN THE HEART
In the heart you’ll find your contract, which is continuously filled in with every assignment and follow up you complete. Look at it often and check in with the team on how you’re doing. Change the things that are irrelevant.
FOLLOW YOUR MEASUREMENTS
Is there anything you’d like to measure your improvement on? A measurement of how you feel, or deliver?
In Teamr, you as process leader can create your very own measurements, which you can follow up and see the development.
You can add new measurements continuously, as often as you want.
This is a good way to make sure you and the team focus on what you want to improve on.
THE DASHBOARD
If you log in to www.teamr.se with the same password you use in the app, you can follow your team’s development in detail.
It’s also a simple way of showing the rest of the team your progress.
YOUR TEAMRCOACH
You have a TeamrCoach that will talk to you once a month. If you need any extra support you can always turn to them. You’ll find their contact details in your team’s dashboard.
YOUR REPORT
Every other week you’ll receive a report via email. This will show you how far you’ve come and what tempo you’re at, amongst other things.

HOT TIP
Your feeling when it comes to the team is obviously the most important, regardless of all the support. Trust yourself. If you feel like there’s something you need to talk about in the team – bring it up and talk about it.
