Does the team have what it takes?

Before you enthusiastically move on; here are some important questions.
To drive digitally supported team development you need two things:
A team that can be developed and a team that can use the digital support.

Is this true for your team?

Here are six claims that need to be true for your team in order for you to make a Teamr journey.
If all of these are true for your team – congratulations, you can go ahead.
If not – contact the person who has invited you to be a process leader in Teamr and tell them. You will find who this is in the invitation email you received from Teamr.

COMMON ASSIGNMENT
The team has an assignment to solve together – and all of us who are members of the team are needed to make that happen.
NOT TOO BIG
The team is of a good size and cannot be over 15 members.
CONTINUOUS MEETINGS
The team can meet up regularly, at least once a month, in person or digitally.
IMPACTS OUR EVERYDAY
The team can to some extent impact our everyday, regarding how we work together.
WE CAN WORK DIGITALLY
Everyone in the team has a smartphone (iPhone or Android) or internet browser (not Explorer).
WE HAVE EMAIL ADDRESSES
Everyone in the team can access an email address, to be used as a username.
