BE THE DRIVING FORCE
“Be an inspiration. Complete the assignments, be curious and be one step ahead. Ask you team members if they’ve completed the assignments in Teamr.”
“Gather everyone for a meeting as soon as you’ve opened an assignment that tells you to do so.”
KEEP IT SIMPLE
“You can make every question difficult, or simple. Choose to make them simple.”
“You’ll receive assignments where you’ll have to agree on, for example, “why are we a team?”. You can choose to think about it for years in search of the most perfect wording. Or you can choose to settle on an okay wording that most people can agree on after a 20 minute conversation.”
“Be the one to make sure you complete and settle on things. In Teamr, you will always go back and improve on your agreements.”
GOOD TO KNOW; THE 74 PERCENT
“All research regarding team development shows that it’s enough if “enough people do enough”. This means that, whilst you should always try and bring the whole team along in all questions, sometimes that’s not doable. There’s some technical finesse within Teamr, which makes it so that if a team member is ill or for some reason can’t join the process, you will still move forward if 74 percent of the team has completed the assignments within nine days.”
HOLD ON – KEEP GOING
“At the start, dedicating half an hour of your weekly meeting to a Teamr assignment might feel wonderful and engaging. But after a few months, the enthusiasm might fade. That’s when you need to hold on and keep going!”
